The Process
The Shine Approach™
This is the 5 stage process I created to use with all my clients. It helps us develop the best strategy in order to create a meaningful website with purpose and that converts. This process is designed with one goal in mind… making your brand’s online presence S-H-I-N-E!
stage 1
Soul Searching
We start with a bit of soul searching. Gathering info, digging deep and discovering your purpose, values and who your ideal customers are. We need to know this so we can truly reflect this in your designs and drive your people to work with, or order from you.
stage 2
Hatch a Plan
Next, it’s time to make a plan. Based on research and answers from our workshop call, I will conduct an in-depth analysis into how your website can help achieve business and user goals. I will propose a website architecture that will provide a great customer experience and will better reflect your brand’s aesthetics and values. This includes style boards to guide us in the visual direction.

stage 3
Ideate
Once the creative direction has been discussed & approved we move on to the fun part! Putting it all together. I thoughtfully design and develop key pages for your website. I code customisations to Squarespace sites in order to create a fully unique experience while keeping the easy user interface for you to manage.
stage 4
Nurture
Now we nurture and refine by fully testing the website, ensuring it works across all devices and different browsers. This is a key stage to making sure your website is optimised for your customers and is built for success.

Educate
Once the website is complete, I don’t leave you on your own. I provide recorded training videos so you can confidently manage your website moving forward and provide up to 1-month post-handover email support
It’s also a time to celebrate the launch of your new website!
